Issue
When you export a Whiteboard file to PDF format, highlighting appears opaque in the PDF file.
Solution
Don’t use highlighting in Whiteboard files that you intend to export to PDF.
OR
Export the Whiteboard files to Web pages, graphics files or PowerPoint software files. Highlighting appears transparent in these files. See the SMART Meeting Pro Help for information on exporting Whiteboard files.
