Issue
When you attempt to use SMART Notebook software with a third-party interactive product, and you don’t have a SMART Notebook Collaborative License, SMART Notebook software displays the following watermark:
“Thank you for using SMART Notebook software. Unfortunately, we do not detect a valid SMART Notebook Collaborative License for use with this interactive display. Please contact a SMART Reseller.”

You need to purchase a SMART Notebook Collaborative License to use SMART Notebook 11 software with third-party interactive products.
Solution
Contact an authorized SMART reseller to purchase a SMART Notebook collaborative license. You'll receive a product key allowing you to activate SMART Notebook 11 software and use it with your third-party interactive product.
If you’ve already purchased a SMART Notebook Collaborative License but haven’t received a new product key, contact SMART Technical Support.
