NOTE: Download the software on this page if you want to install SMART Meeting Pro Premium software on a single computer. Go to the Administrator Downloads page if you want to install the software on multiple computers.

• Obtain a product key for your SMART Meeting Pro Premium 2.1 software from your local SMART reseller.  Ensure that this key is not for SMART Meeting Pro, which is a different product. For example:

           SM-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX key = SMART Meeting Pro

           MP-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXX-XXXXX key = SMART Meeting Pro Premium

• Register your SMART Meeting Pro Premium 2.1 software.

IMPORTANT: Existing customers should exit SMART Meeting Pro Premium 2.0 before downloading and installing SMART Meeting Pro Premium 2.1.

Before you download and install SMART Meeting Pro Premium 2.1 software, ensure you have the following information:

• Your software product key. When you order a SMART Meeting Pro Premium 2.1 software license, SMART supplies you with a unique product key in the following format: MP-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. It activates the appropriate number of displays (1, 2, (dual) or up to 16 (multi)) on a single meeting room computer. Without a product key your software is only enabled for a 30-day trial.

Note
All SMART Meeting Pro Premium product keys start with the letters MP. If you have a product key that starts with the letters SM, contact your reseller to get a different product key.

  
• Your SMART Bridgit Server address (domain name) and passwords. You need this to activate and use the integrated Bridgit Collaboration Bar in SMART Meeting Pro Premium 2.1. You also need a compatible  SMART Bridgit Server configured on your network. Contact your system administrator or SMART Technologies for information.

 
• Optional: your e-mail server SMTP location (UNC, DNS or IP address). Omitting this option disables Whiteboard's File > Send To > Mail Recipients feature.
