SMART Programs - Half-Day Sessions
The half-day sessions are held at your location and will help you master the fundamentals of your SMART product. By the end of the session, you'll be comfortable using the product and you'll know how to apply it to the work you do.
What to Expect
- Instructor-led training and support from a SMART trainer
- Detailed information delivered in a modular format
- Discussions that help you relate what you've learned to your work
Materials
Participants will receive a copy of SMART’s Learner Workbook, which includes reference material, step-by-step activities and quizzes. The workbook is used during the session and is ideal for future reference.
Class Size
Each session is designed to accommodate a maximum of 15 participants.
Half-day sessions are available for
- Notebook software
- Sympodium interactive pen displays
- SMART Sync Software
- SMART Ideas concept-mapping software
Customer Requirements
For all sessions, you will need to provide:
- A room that will comfortably hold 15 participants and an instructor
- Snacks or refreshments you feel are appropriate for a half-day session
- All necessary equipment (see table)

NOTE: All participants should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows or Mac operating systems prior to the session.
