Technical Training
| The Level 2A offering has two main paths that individuals can choose to pursue: |

SMART Board 600/600i Series interactive whiteboard Factory Trained Technician |
 |
Rear Projection SMART Board interactive whiteboard Factory Trained Technician |
Each of these offerings is delivered in a full-day format, either
on-site or at a SMART organized training event. The Level 2A offerings
gives participants the knowledge and skills they need to effectively
support end users. Level 2A Technical Training is led by a SMART
Certified Technical Trainer who is intimately familiar with SMART
Board interactive whiteboard technology and service. By the conclusion
of the training participants will be comfortable troubleshooting,
diagnosing and performing basic maintenance on the SMART Board
600 and 600i/600i2 series. The cost to attend this event is $999
USD.

What to expect
Each session is led by a SMART Technical Trainer who is intimately familiar with SMART Board interactive whiteboard technology and service
- By the end of the session, you'll be comfortable troubleshooting, diagnosing and performing basic service work on the SMART Board 600 and 600i series. You'll also know how to troubleshoot a Unifi™ 35 projector and be aware of setup requirements (including how to extend USB connections) for both the interactive whiteboard and the projector.
- You will receive a SMART Board Interactive Whiteboard Service Manual, the Installation and Configuration Guide for the 600i and a guide to extending USB connections for the 600 and 600i series. Each participant will also receive a USB storage device full of useful information.
- The session will include discussions that help you relate what you've learned to your work
