Announcing SMART Recorder, a new feature in the latest version of SMART Board
Software for Windows. With SMART Recorder, you can record and then replay an entire
lesson, presentation or meeting.
SMART Recorder captures everything that happens on the SMART Board, no matter
which software application you're using. Recorder can also record audio through
a microphone and then combine the audio and data into one file for playback
on any computer. Anyone with Windows Media Player can play the file back and
watch it like a movie.
| How SMART Recorder Works

SMART Recorder can be activated at any point during a presentation or
meeting. A clock and a rotating icon indicate that Recorder is on. Using
a simple three-button toolbar, you can start, pause or stop recording.
SMART Recorder saves files as .AVI files. Settings can be adjusted to
achieve optimum recording and playback for different computer systems.

For optimal viewing, select Full Screen from the View menu
in the latest version of Windows Media Player. Press the Esc key to exit.

New SMART Board Software
The latest release of SMART Board Software for Windows includes
SMART Board driver 7.0 and SMART Notebook 2.4. This release includes
SMART Recorder and other new SMART Board Software features.
