Issue
When you touch your SMART Board interactive whiteboard’s screen, a pen pointer appears instead of the mouse pointer.
Solution
Clear the Show pen cursors instead of mouse cursors when I use my pen option.
To clear this option

Open the Windows Control Panel.

Double-click Pen and Input Devices.
The Pen and Input Devices dialogue box appears.

Select the Pointer option, and then clear the Show pen cursors instead of mouse cursors when I use my pen option.
