Issue
The Ready light on the right-hand side of your SMART Board interactive whiteboard flashes green after you install SMART Notebook 10 software on your computer.
Cause
You’ve installed SMART Notebook 10 on your computer, but you haven’t installed the SMART Board drivers.
Solution
Check to see if you have a SMART Board icon in the notification area (Windows operating systems) or Dock (Mac computers). If this icon is missing, you need to download and install SMART Notebook 10 driver software.
To download and install the SMART Notebook software driver

Visit the SMART Notebook download page for either Windows operating systems or Mac operating systems (www.smarttech.com/downloads).

Click the Download button under the Driver download for SMART Notebook software 10 heading.

Follow the instructions to complete the download.

Double-click the file you downloaded.
The SMART Board Drivers - InstallShield Wizard appears.

Follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.
