Issue
You perform the orientation procedure on your SMART product, but it has no effect.
Cause
If the Enable Hover option is selected, SMART Board software can’t save the new orientation.
Solution
Clear the Enable Hover check box before you orient your interactive product.

Open the SMART Board software Control Panel.
The Control Panel opens.

Select SMART Board Settings.

Select Mouse Settings from the list.

Clear the Enable Hover check box.

Click OK, and then close the Control Panel.

Click the SMART Board Tools icon in the Dock, and then select Open Orientate to perform the orientation procedure.
