Issue
An error message appears when you use SMART Meeting Pro software in a room configuration with more than 10 displays.
Cause
Your video cards use different drivers. In a system with different drivers installed on multiple video cards, Windows Vista operating system disables one of the video cards and displays the error message above.
Solution
Ensure that you use the same video card drivers for all of your computer’s video cards if you are using the Windows Vista Display Driver Model (WDDM). See the article “MultiMonitor Support and Windows Vista” on the Microsoft website for more information on WDDM.
