This one-day event brings together education experts and representatives from leading UK education publishers. They will share their insights into how publishers are adapting their current offering to support the needs of 21st-century learners.

The following speakers will be featured:

Steve Molyneux
An Apple Distinguished Educator and ICT expert, Steve advocates learning support through the use of technology but challenges government and industry thinking on how these technologies should be deployed. His presentation will focus on the socioeconomic need for educational transformation. He will explore the needs of 21st-century learners and discuss how publishers can meet those needs with technology-based content.

John Tuttle, MD
As the managing director of the New Directions Group at the Cambridge University Press, John will share Cambridge’s research on meeting the demands of learners.

Mark Berthelemy
A senior learning consultant for a business process outsourcing company, teacher and learning technology specialist, Mark has worked with many organizations to help them effectively use Internet applications. He will discuss how changes in the Web are affecting teaching and learning, and will cover such topics as copyright laws, new roles teachers have to play, and the challenges and opportunities that surround user-generated content.
